Clean hotel, friendly staff, great location near petrol station, shopping mall and city centre, attentive staff, fantastic receptionist.

Nothing could have been better.

The rooms at this hotel are really stylish and neat, with a very comfortable bed that guarantees a good night's sleep. The attention to detail is evident, from the blackout curtains that ensure a peaceful sleep to the best hot shower we had in Iceland. The location is excellent, with the hotel being in the city centre and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Plus, it's great to have a 24-hour supermarket right next door.

No negatives to mention, everything was great.

Great decor, comfortable beds, smart ensuite, app for door locks, variable lighting. Close to shopping mall and local shops. English-speaking staff, fantastic breakfast with complimentary coffee and cake.

A hidden gem in Reykjavik, Hotel Lotus actually surprised me. The cozy room had a smart use of space and the breakfast spread included local delights like skyr and hàkarl. The hotel's location was quiet and convenient for driving to The Golden Circle. I highly recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was delicious with fresh food every day. The staff were really nice too help us find a lost phone, making sure we had it back before we left. The hotel was clean and modern, offering a home away from home feeling. Although it was a bit of a walk to downtown, the beautiful sea road made it enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and friendly stay.

As families with children, we loved the spacious and clean rooms at the Lotus Hotel. The warm and friendly service provided by Maria at the front desk made our stay even better. The hotel's great breakfast selection and the comfortable lounge area with coffee and tea all day were also big pluses for us.
